The shop is the heart of our business, this is where we prepare and sell a wide range of locally sourced quality meat, it is also where we make all our delicious homemade products. We also sell fresh vegetables, dairy produce, fresh bread, free range eggs and everything else you need to create a tasty wholesome meal.
Only the best quality meat and finest ingredients is used when making our homemade sausages, burgers, pies, ready meals and puddings. We are always perfecting our recipes and trying out fresh ideas, so there is always something new to try.
If you were to step into our shop for the first time you would be greeted with a warm welcome and a smiling friendly face with displays of fresh produce all around.
Our shop and deli counter offer an established range of customer favourites including homemade pork pies, sausage rolls, quiches, scotch eggs, pates and terrines. People travel from far and wide to buy one of our pork pies as once you have tasted one there is no going back! If you like your cheese you will be delighted with the broad selection we have available.
Our dedicated chef Freddie, also part of the family, brings something unique to the products available in the shop. His years of experience in professional kitchens has given him a great understanding of what’s desirable and the level of quality a product must reach.
Every item that leaves the kitchen destined for the shop and deli you can guarantee will be perfect. Freddie has established a superb range of homemade cooked products over the years that are tried and tested and sell incredibly well.
